  • What was San Diego thinking? Why in the world would the Dodgers bite on that deal? Nice to get Adrian but Bell does not have any lasting power; he is no Mariano Rivera and my guess in a year or two he will be thrown on the closer trash heap.

  • The Dodgers can use another arm in the bullpen since Kuo is not reliable from a physical perspective and they gave up very little. I guess everyone is resigned to the fact that Doc Halladay is untouchable, that is the Blue Jays want far too much in return for the Cy Young Winner.

  • The bailout is necessary to protect Main St. We can't throw out the baby with the bath water. If this was for Wall St. only I would say NO.
